Company Program 學生營商體驗計劃07/08
Company Program (學生營商體驗計劃) is one of the programs organized by the Junior Achievement Hong Kong. It encourages young people to participate in a range of activity-based education programs, designed to help them understand the world of work and develop the entrepreneurial thinking, career aspiration and other life-wide values essential for their future success. Under the guidance of volunteer two business advisors, Mr. Carter Lam from Citibank and Mr. Gary Chui from HSBC, 32 Form Six business students form a mini-corporation, Steam Ahead, and operate a company as much as they would in the real world. Students elect officers, develop business plans, sell stock, produce and market real products or services, keep records, conduct stockholders' meetings, and liquidate the company, all in about 18 weeks.
