Company Program 學生營商體驗計劃06/07

 

Company Program (學生營商體驗計劃) is one of the programs organized by the Junior Achievement Hong Kong.  It encourages young people to participate in a range of activity-based education programs, designed to help them understand the world of work and develop the entrepreneurial thinking, career aspiration and other life-wide values essential for their future success. Under the guidance of volunteer business advisers, 27 Form Six business students form a mini-corporation, Amour-Chaud, and operate a company as much as they would in the real world. Students elect officers, develop business plans, sell stock, produce and market real products or services, keep records, conduct stockholders' meetings, and liquidate the company, all in about 18 weeks.

 

The JA Company Program Graduation Ceremony 2006/07 was held on 28 April, 2007 in the HK International Trade and Exhibition Center.  Out of 75 JA Companies, Amour-Chaud was one of the 7 finalists of the Best Company Award and has attained the following achievement.  They are:

 

1. Best Booth Design Award (Merit Prize)

2. Best Annual Report Award (1st Runner-up)

3. Best Presentation Award (2nd Runner-up)

4. Best Marketing Award

5. Corporate Social Responsibilities Award

6. I.T. Director of the Year - 6A Matalie Yeung
