Job Shadowing at HSBC (匯豐銀行工作影子計劃)

Job Shadowing Program (工作影子計劃) is one of the programs organized by the Junior Achievement Hong Kong. 12 Form Six students were given the opportunity to "shadow" a workplace mentor as he or she goes through a normal day on the job at HSBC on 18 April, 2007. This gives them a chance to see how the skills learned in school relate to the workplace. From this program, students have experienced what it really means to work at a job and be motivated in their schoolwork through a deeper understanding of the connection between academics and the workplace.
